NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND FOR OVERDUE RATES OR CHARGES

Toowoomba Regional Council hereby gives notice that, unless all overdue rates or charges and expenses of sale owing in relation to these lands (which lands are more particularly described in the schedule below) are sooner paid, the said lands will be sold by public auction on Friday 15 November 2024 at 11am by online auction facilitated by Council’s agent Zing Property via the internet based listing platform https://www.auctioncentre.com.au/sale/view/96/toowoomba-regional-council?layout=grid&page=1
