NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED SALE OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS

Notice of the proposed sale of uncollected goods

Notice is given:

1. That DA.MET Maritime Services Pty Ltd ABN 17 611 057 740 of 42 Precision Street Salisbury Brisbane is in possession of the following uncollected goods.
2. 7.3 meters Shark Cat with Volvo Penta engine / stern drive on a dual axel trailer rego 291UOW. That the uncollected goods were left in the possession of DA.MET Maritime Services Pty Ltd by Jason Tulloch of Brisbane and the goods have been stored by DA.MET Maritime Services Pty Ltd in a safe place and manner for in excess of 6 months.
3. That Jason Tulloch or such other person as may be the owner of the goods is requested to collect the goods within 28 days of the date of this Notice upon payment of all reasonable costs in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 (Qld).
4. That if the goods are not collected by the due date, DA.MET Maritime Services Pty Ltd may without further notice proceed to sell the goods by public auction.
5. That DA.MET Maritime Services Pty Ltd proposes to sell the goods at public auction to be held at 42 Precision Street Salisbury Brisbane QLD 4107 on 21 day of February 2025 .
