SECTION 184, LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1999 (SA) AS AMENDED
CITY OF TEA TREE GULLY (‘Council’), South Australia

Take Notice that:
You are the principal ratepayer and registered proprietor appearing on the assessment record in respect of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 6096 Folio 550 (Property). Rates with respect to the said Property have been in arrears for a period of more than 3 years. The total amount due and payable to the Council for rates (including fines and interest) charged on the Property, as at 11 November 2024 is $6,224.65. Council has also incurred legal costs of $2,860.67 in issuing notices and the costs of this advertisement. Interest calculated at the prescribed rate pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) on the rates in arrears becomes payable each calendar month until payment in full is made, together with fines for non-payment of any instalment of rates when it falls due. Payment of the sum of $6,224.65 plus legal costs of $2,860.67 and all continuing rates, fines and interest is HEREBY DEMANDED. FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that if payment of the moneys demanded is not made within one month the land will be offered for sale by public auction at a time appointed by the Council.
