In the matter of the deceased estate of Maria Francesca De Blasio late of 6 Mumford Avenue, St Agnes SA 5097, who died on the 7th of May 2024 at Lyell Mc Ewin Hospital, Elizabeth Vale aged 94 years Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936, the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972 and the Family Relationships Act 1975 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the above estate are directed to send full particulars and evidence of such claims to the undersigned on or before the 18th of September 2025 otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the estate; and notice is also hereby given that all persons who are indebted to the estate are required to pay the amount of their debt to the undersigned or proceedings will be taken for the recovery thereof; and all persons having any property belonging the said estate, are forthwith to deliver the same to the undersigned.
