TAKE NOTICE that I am the Joint and Several Trustee of the abovenamed Bankrupt Estate, having been appointed on 21 July 2022, and that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors.
Those Creditors who have not yet lodged a Proof of Debt with me are invited to do so on or before Thursday, 3 October 2024 to be considered for inclusion in the dividend distribution.
Alternatively, if you have already lodged your Proof of Debt but you have since changed your address, would you please advise us of your new address by the above date.
