ORDER TO OPEN ROAD
I, Kerri Anne O’Brien, Executive Director Crown Land Estate of the Department of Lands, Planning and Environment, as delegate of the Minister for Logistics and Infrastructure, under section 21 of the Control of Roads Act 1953, order a new road be opened over NT Portion 8075 in accordance with Survey Plan S2023/409 and as shown on the map in the Schedule.
