Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at the club, Cnr University Ave & Dwyer Cres, Driver NT commencing at 5.30pm on Thursday 7th November 2024.
Business:
1. To confirm the minutes of the last preceding Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 25 October 2023
2. to receive reports from:
(a) the board;
(b) the auditor, and
(c) the General Manager of the association, receiving reports from the year ending 30 June 2024;
3. Appoint Auditor for 2024-2025
