PROPOSAL TO INSTALL NEW MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION EQUIPMENT AT APPROVED FACILITY AT LEICHHARDT INCLUDING 5G

7 Darley Road, Leichhardt NSW 2040 (RFNSA 2040032)

The proposed facility consists of the addition of new equipment and associated works, including 5G, as follows:

• Installation of one (1) triangular headframe at 21m on the approved monopole
• Installation of four (4) Vodafone 4G panel antennas (each 2.7m long) and four (4) Vodafone 5G panel antennas (each 75cm lon)
• Installation of six (6) Optus 5G panel antennas (each 2.7m long) and four (4) Optus 4G panel antennas (each 80cm long)
• Installation of 16 remote radio units and 8 combiners
• Installation of a 5 bay outdoor unit at the base of the monopole
• Installation of ancillary equipment including cabling, duct pits and equipment

1. Vodafone and Optus regard the proposed installations as Low-impact Facilities under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 ("The Determination"), based on the description above.
