NOTICE TO UPGRADE AN EXISTING MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION ON A ROOFTOP AT 34 CORPORATE DRIVE, CANNON HILL QLD - 4170 WITH 5G.

1. The proposed 5G upgrade to the existing facility includes:

• Replacement and reconfiguration of three (3) existing 5G panel antennas (each not more than 0.8m in length) mounted on existing steel mounts.
• Associated and necessary ancillary equipment including cabling, electrical works within the internal equipment shelter.

2. Optus regards the proposed installation as ‘Low Impact’ under Telecommunications Low Impact Facilities Determination 2018 based on the above and does not require Council development consent.

3. In accordance with Section 7 of C564:2020 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment Code, we invite you to provide feedback about the proposal.
