PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE AN EXISTING TELSTRA MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION IN MORVEN

Telstra plans to upgrade a telecommunications facility,

Lot 13 DL467, Nebine Road, Morven QLD 4468

(RFNSA No. 4468003)

1. The proposed facility consists of the following to improve Telstra’s mobile phone network, including 4G / 5G:

• Removal of four (4) existing omni antennas to be replaced with four (4) new omni antennas measuring 3560mm long at a height elevation of 104.2m.
• Ancillary works such as: combiners, diplexers, mounts, cable trays, feeders, cables. Internal works within the existing Telstra equipment shelter.

2. Telstra regards the proposed installation as a Low-Impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination based on the description above. The proposed infrastructure will comply with ACMA EME regulatory arrangements.

3. In accordance with Section 7 of C564:2020 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment Code, we invite you to provide feedback about the proposal.
