PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE AN EXISTING TELSTRA MOBILE PHONE BASE STATION IN CAMBRIDGE GARDENS

180 Richmond Road, Cambridge Gardens NSW 2747 (RFNSA No. 2747002)

1. The proposed facility consists of the following to improve Telstra’s mobile phone network, including 4G / 5G:

• Installation of a new headframe on the existing monopole at a height elevation of 18m.
• Installation of three (3) new panel antennas (measuring 2688mm long) at a height elevation of 18.1m.
• Installation of three (3) new panel antennas (5G) (measuring 793mm long) at a height elevation of 18.5m.
• Ancillary works such as: remote radio units, junction boxes, combiners, diplexers, mounts, cable trays, feeders, cables and internal works within the equipment shelter.

2. Telstra regards the proposed installation as a Low-Impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination based on the description above. The proposed infrastructure will comply with ACMA EME regulatory arrangements.

3. In accordance with Section 7 of C564:2020 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment Code, we invite you to provide feedback about the proposal.
