1. The proposed works include the addition of new 4G & 5G equipment and associated works including the replacement of the existing cluster mount with a new triangular headframe on the chimney; the replacement of 6 existing 4G antennas (less than 2.8m long) mounted on the new headframe; the installation of 3 new 5G active antenna units (AAU) (less than 1m long) mounted on the new headframe; the installation and replacement of the existing remote radio units (RRUs); and ancillary equipment including but not limited to GPS antenna, mast head amplifiers, remote radio units (RRUs), combiners, antenna mounts, cable trays, fibre and electrical cabling necessary for the operation or proper functioning of the low-impact facility.

2. Vodafone & Optus regards the proposed installation as a Low-impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 2018 based on the description above.

3. The proposed infrastructure will comply with the ACMA EME regulatory arrangements. An EME Report and further information can be obtained at http://www.rfnsa.com.au/3166002.
