ADJOINING 4/1 FURZER STREET, PRESTON
The City of Darebin, acting under section 206 and Schedule 10 Clause 3 of the Local Government Act 1989 and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 proposes to discontinue the section of road adjoining 4/1 Furzer Street, Preston.
If discontinued, Council proposes to sell the land from the road by private treaty to the adjoining property owner at 4/1 Furzer Street, Preston, and to transfer to itself any land that remains unsold.

As part of its Community Engagement process Council is inviting submissions on this proposal. Any person wishing to make a submission must do so in writing to the undersigned no later
than 5pm Tuesday, 26 November 2024.
