Proposed termination of Strata Scheme
No SP20058 and SP20095 being property situated at 60 Showground Road, Gosford and 62-64 Showground Road Gosford. Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Scheme and the consequent winding up of the Owners Corporation, pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW). Any person having any claim against the Owners Corporation of the above Strata Scheme or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots comprised in the Strata Scheme is required, on or before (a date not less than 14 days after publication of the advertisement), to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to Anthony Jreige at Australia Square, Level 14, 264 - 278 George Street, Sydney 2000.
