Proposal to plant vegetation within the footpath.
City of Adelaide gives notice of its proposal to plant two new street trees and reinstate one street tree within the footpath at 60 King William Street. Planter boxes will be installed as a temporary measure in this location.
Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council is required to undertake public consultation in accordance with its public consultation policy before it plants vegetation on a road that may have significant impact on residents, nearby businesses or advertisers in the area.
Copies of the proposed designs are available for inspection and purchase at the Council’s principal office, 25 Pirie Street Adelaide SA 5000.
