In accordance with section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Vic) (the “Act”), Glenelg Shire Council (“Council”) issues this public notice, that by resolution of Council at its Ordinary Meeting of 23 May 2023 declared that the property identified below in this notice will be sold by public auction, to the highest bidder that is equal to or greater than Councils independent valuation, for the purpose of recovering unpaid rates and charges as per the requirements of section 181 of the Act. Therefore, Council intends to conduct a sale by public auction which will be held on at 12 noon on Friday 11 April 2025 at the property:
