for the Project pursuant to Part 7 of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003.
Project: Mount Low Residential Development. The project will involve the reconfiguration
of the land into residential allotments and the construction of infrastructure including roads,
reticulated water and sewerage, electricity and telecommunication services.

The Cultural Heritage Management Plan will be conducted over the following area:
Located within the Townsville City Council local government area and comprising freehold lots 12SP282790, 10SP136003, 5RP746633, 1000SP345441, 1001SP345441, 1002SP345441 and 128K124726 and areas of road reserve connected to any of those lots.
If you are, or have been nominated by an Aboriginal Party (as defined by Part 4 of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003) to act on their behalf, and you wish to take part in the Cultural Heritage Management Plan, you must give a written notice to Herbert Turner and Lyndel Owens advising that you wish to take part and advising your contact details by Wednesday, 12 February 2025.
Herbert Turner and Lyndel Owens may elect not to endorse any Aboriginal party if they
are not advised in writing within the required time.
