Attention is directed to an application for Permanent Road Closure of areas of road totalling about 2.55ha being Unnamed Road intersecting Lot 40 on M37964 and part of Kenilworth Skyring Creek Road abutting the Eastern Boundary of Lot 40 on M37964 (Locality of Carters Ridge), shown as Road Proposed to be Permanently Closed (A,B) Adjacent to Lot 40 on Plan M37964 on Drawing LAGIS-1097.
Objections to the application must be submitted no later than 25 July 2024. in writing to the Department of Resources Gympie Office: Locked Mail Bag 383, GYMPIE QLD 4570 or online at the Queensland Government's website at 'Current Road Closure Applications': https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/state/roads
Any objections received may be Viewed by other parties interested in the proposed road closure under the provisions of the Right to information Act 2009.
