PROPOSED PERMANENT ROAD CLOSURE
Attention is directed to an application for Permanent Road Closure of a total area of about 1630 m2, being road separating Lot 8 on RP218636 from Lot 9 on RP224705, (locality of Nahrunda) and shown as Part A and Part B, Road proposed to be permanently closed on Drawing LAGIS-366.
Objections to the application must be submitted no later than 18 July 2024, in writing to the Department’s Resources, Toowoomba Office PO Box 318 Toowoomba QLD 4350 or online at the Queensland Government’s website at ‘Current Road Closure Applications’: https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/state/roads.
Any objections received may be viewed by other parties interested in the proposed road closure under the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2009.
If you lodge an objection, please include in your objection letter whether you would like to be consulted if this issue becomes the subject of an access request under the Right to Information Act 2009.
