Proposed termination of Strata Scheme:
SP 60903 being property situated at 1 Flagstaff Street, Gladesville, NSW 2111.
SP 4051 being property situated at 8 Cowell Street, Gladesville, NSW 2111.
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Scheme and the consequent winding up of Owners Corporation, pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW).
Any person having any claim against the Owners Corporation of the above Strata Scheme or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots comprised in the Strata Scheme is required, on or before 6th November 2024, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to Pancific Legal, Suite 1802, 233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
