PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE EXISTING TELSTRA IN-BUILDING COVERAGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES WITH 5G AT SCG STADIUM

  1. The proposal comprises the modification indoor base station racks and the extension of cable containment on the stadiums Churchill Stand rooftop, along with internal and auxiliary works to enhance in-building coverage at Sydney Cricket Ground, 40 Driver Avenue, Moore Park NSW 2021.

  2. The proposed installation is deemed to be exempt development pursuant to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 based on the descriptions above. Consent from Council is not required in this instance.
