Litchfield Council (Dog Management) Amendment By-laws 2025
In December 2021, Council endorsed drafting instructions to develop new By-laws for activities conducted in public places, such as signage, roadside vans and events on Council owned road reserve and land. In accordance with the Local Government Act 2019, Section 278 (1) (iii), the Draft Litchfield Council (Dog Management) Amendment By-laws 2025 is available for public review and comment for a period of 23 days, from 22 April to 14 May 2025.
The By-laws are available online at https://www.litchfield.nt.gov.au and in hard copy at Council’s Office.
Council is seeking feedback on the proposed By-laws and encourages you to make a submission for Council’s consideration.
