Lendlease (One Darling Point Landowning) P/L (email: 136.148newsouthheadrdinquiries@lendlease.com) is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) for proposed project at 136-148 New South Head Road, Edgecliff (Lots 1/663495, 1/1092694, A & B/443992, 2/983678) (Woollahra LGA). The proposal comprises redevelopment of the property. The ACHAR will inform a development application under Part 4 Division 4.7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The purpose of community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist the proposed applicant in the preparation of an ACHAR and to assist the consent authority with their consideration and determination of the development application.
We are inviting Aboriginal people who hold knowledge relevant to determining the cultural heritage significance of Aboriginal objects and places in the area of the project to register an interest in consultation.
