Take note that in accordance with Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, the following vehicle has been removed from the place stated in this notice:

If the registered owner of the vehicle does not take possession of the vehicle and all expenses related to the removal, custody and maintenance of the vehicle and of publishing this notice are not paid within one month of the date of this notice, Council will take steps to sell or dispose of the vehicle in accordance with Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999.
