SALE OF LAND FOR OVERDUE RATES
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009
Logan City Council hereby gives notice that, unless rates, interest and associated costs owing on the lands set out in the following schedule are sooner paid, the said lands shall be sold by public auction on Thursday 14 November 2024, commencing 10.00am at the Kingston Butter Factory 270 Jacaranda Avenue, Kingston.
Terms of Sale: 10% deposit payable at conclusion of the Auction.
Balance of the sale price must be paid within fourteen days.
It is Council’s intention to hold this auction on-line in addition to in person. Please refer to Council’s website for further details.
Access to these properties is not permitted as they are still occupied.
