Council Offices
The Council Offices will close at 5.15pm on Thursday, 17 April. Payments to cashiers will be accepted until 5.00pm. The Offices will re-open at normal hours on Wednesday, 23 April.
Mornington Depot
The Mornington Depot will close at 4.00pm on Thursday, 17 April and will re-open at 7.30am on Wednesday, 23 April.

Collection of Garbage, Recyclables and Green Waste
Collection of garbage, recyclables and green waste will take place over the Easter period as per the normal collection schedule, including Good Friday.
Collections will commence in all areas from 6.00am so residents are reminded that bins must be placed on the roadside before 6.00am. If your bin(s) are not collected on your usual collection day, please call our dedicated waste support hotline operated by Cleanaway on 1800 329... for further assistance.
Bin services, including requests for new or additional bins, repairs, replacements, or changes to bin sizes, may face delays over the Easter holidays. Regular processing and fulfilment of these requests will recommence on 28 April 2025.
Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station
The Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station will be closed on Good Friday (18 April) and will be open from 8.30am until 4.00pm on the following days:
Other days will be as per normal operating hours (7.30am to 5.00pm weekdays, 8.30am to 4.00pm weekends and public holidays).
Clarence Aquatic Centre
The opening hours for the centre over the Easter period are as follows:
Good Friday 18 April: Closed
Saturday 19 April: 8am – 4pm
Sunday 20 April: 10am – 3.00pm
Monday 21 April: 11am – 2.30pm
ANZAC Day 25 April: Closed

Rosny Early Learning
The Centre will close at 5.30pm on Thursday, 17 April and re-open at 7.30am on Wednesday, 23 April (Centre will also be closed ANZAC day).
Children’s Services – Alma Street
(Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Care)
The Children’s Services office will close at 5.00pm on Thursday, 17 April and will re‑open at normal time on Wednesday, 23 April.
The Holiday program will operate at Alma Street, Lindisfarne Primary School and Montagu Bay Primary School commencing Monday 14 April – Thursday 17 April 2025, then resuming from Wednesday 23 April – Thursday 24 April 2025 (Closed both Good Friday and ANZAC day).
Clarence Community Volunteer Service
The Volunteer Service will close at 2.00pm on Thursday, 17 April and will re-open at 9.00am on Wednesday 23 April.
Schoolhouse Gallery and Rosny Farm
The Complex will be closed over the Easter period from 5.00pm on Thursday, 17 April and will reopen on Wednesday, 23 April at 11.00am. Normal operating hours are Wednesday to Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm.
Youth Services
The Youth Services office will close at 5.15pm on Thursday, 17 April and will reopen at 8.30am on Wednesday, 23 April.
