STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS-SECTION 67 TRUSTS ACT 1973
THE ESTATE OF SANDRA JOY WILLIAMS DECEASED
Any creditor, beneficiary or other person having any claim or claims in respect of the estate of SANDRA JOY WILLIAMS deceased late of 168 Earl Street, Berserker in the State of Queensland, Retired Teacher who died on 14 July 2024 is required to send particulars of any such claim to CAROL JEANNE EDWARDS and MARGARET MARY MCKENNA the personal representatives of the said SANDRA JOY WILLIAMS, at the address of the undersigned not later than six (6) weeks from the date hereof.
NOTE: By virtue of Section 67 of the Trusts Act a personal representative may, after the date referred to in this notice, distribute the estate of the deceased having regard only to those claims of which he then has notice.
