Notice is given of a general meeting of members of the Tasmanian Theatre Company Incorporated in accordance with the constitution.
All current and past members of the company are invited to attend a meeting at the offices of Macquarie Accounting, Level 1, 105 Macquarie Street Hobart Tasmania 7000 on Wednesday May 7 at 6.00 pm.
The business of the meeting is to consider the following motions:
1. That The Tasmanian Theatre Company Incorporated be wound up after all non liquid assets are sold, given away, or disposed of. Charles Parkinson is authorised to sell, give away or dispose of all assets at his discretion.
2. That the remaining funds be used to produce a final production, produced by Charles Parkinson and directed by Ivano del Pio. As producer, Charles Parkinson is authorised to act on behalf of the company, including hiring staff and negotiating co producing partnerships.
3. Any assets remaining after all commitments relating to the production and the winding up of the company are met shall be given to Mudlark Theatre.
