Proposed termination of Strata Scheme No 9561 being property situated at 10 Onslow Avenue and 21C Billyard Avenue, Elizabeth Bay.
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Schemes and the consequent winding up of the Owners Corporations pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW).
