THE RURAL CITY OF MURRAY BRIDGE NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF VEHICLE

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 237(4)(b) of the Local

Government Act 1999 the following vehicles have been removed and

impounded by The Rural City of Murray Bridge.

Take note –

a) your vehicle has been removed; and

b) if you do not, within one month after service of this notice –

i. take possession of the vehicle; and

ii. pay all expenses in connection with the removal, custody and

maintenance of the vehicle and of serving, posting or publishing

this notice,

Council will take steps to sell or dispose of the vehicle in accordance

with Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999.

collection of your vehicle.
