Townsville Pastoral Agricultural & Industrial Association
Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Townsville Pastoral Agricultural & Industrial Association that is usually held in the Town & Country Club at the Townsville Showgrounds at the end of December has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The new meeting will be held on Friday the 21st of February at 7.00pm.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Association, all Office Bearers retire at the Annual General Meeting and all are eligible for re-election.
Officers to be Elected:
President (1), Vice President (2), Treasurer (1), Committee Member (5).
All nominations for positions must be in the hands of the Secretary / Manager by 4:00pm on Friday 7th February 2025.
A list of Nominations for the positions will be available for inspection by Financial Association Members at the Administration Office from Friday the 14th February 2025.
Financial Members & life Members of the Association are invited to attend the Meeting.
