We, Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd applied to The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation on 16 October 2024 for the grant of variation of an existing packaged liquor licence at Cnr Bridport and Albert Street, Daylesford 3460. Any person may object to the grant of this application on the grounds that:
• it would detract from, or be detrimental to, the amenity of the area in which the premises are situated and/or
• it would be conducive to or encourage the misuse or abuse of alcohol.
Any objection must state the reasons for the objection. All objections are treated as public documents.
