WEST MORETON ANGLICAN COLLEGE STUDENT HUB & JJ BLOCK EXTENSION – INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

From suitably qualified Builders for the construction of the new Student Hub (Masterplan Stage 1b) and JJ Block Extension at their College in Karrabin, QLD.

The proposed works consists of:

• Separable Portion 1 – Student Hub: Construction of new 3 Storey Reinforced Concrete building. Including new Auditorium, Library, Staff and Student facilities. Approximate GFA 3,200m2
• Separable Portion 2 – JJ Block: Renovation and Extension of Existing 6 Classrooms with associated office and storage areas. Approximate GFA: 199m2
• Concrete pathways and landscaping.

Tenders will be invited Early August for Construction commencing in November 2024.
