Expression of Interest: Internal Audit Committee – External Member
Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified individuals to be appointed as an external member to Council’s Audit Committee for a period of two years.
The external member is required to hold a CA/CPA qualification and demonstrate business, risk management and financial management/reporting knowledge and experience. A nominated fee is payable per meeting to external members. The Audit committee Charter can be viewed on Council’s website at: https://www.eastarnhem.nt.gov.au/audit-committee
Expressions of Interest, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, in the form of a CV and cover letter detailing your background, should be emailed to: earcgovernance@eastarnhem.nt.gov.au
