OHANA COLLEGE, MEADOWBROOK
INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at Ohana College, Building L15, Griffith University, Facilities Lane, Meadowbrook, Queensland 4131.
The proposed works are Stage 3 of works as part of the Ohana College construction project which includes the enclosure of an existing under croft, external works & associated site infrastructure upgrades, and includes:
• 4 x General Learning Area’s
• Shared Corridor
• Withdrawal Rooms
• Site infrastructure
Works to be constructed under a single contract. Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale in the last 5 years, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.
Tenders will be invited during May 2025 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in June 2025 and completion by December 2025.
