The Burpengary Pony Club located at 350 Rowley Street, Burpengary QLD 4505 is undergoing an upgrade to their Amenities Block. Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest for this project.

Works involve demolition of existing roof and replaced with new, demolition of existing male change rooms reconfigured to new WC and shower room cubicles, new window, screens and louvre glazing, new floor and wall finishes to other existing amenities, reconfigure existing disable amenities to a parents’ room, new disabled toilet and shower room (including new plumbing to the reconfigured existing storeroom), general new finishes, fixtures and fittings and general makegood to other spaces. The project value is likely to fall into the “$0 - $500k” bracket and requires completion by late-January/ early-February 2025. A tender panel will be selected from the registered entities.
