INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS REQUIRED TO DEVELOP THE RECREATIONAL LOCAL PARK AND NORTH-SOUTH LINKAGE PARK AT 207 FOXWELL ROAD, COOMERA.

Arcadis Australia Pacific Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of the Recreational Local Park and North South Linkage Park, 207 Foxwell Road, Coomera. The works involve:

• Trunk and non-trunk civil and landscaping works to establish the Recreational Local Park including demolition works, erosion & sediment control, clearing and grubbing, earthworks, construction of footpath, water fountain plumbing and drainage, play areas, and modular pedestrian bridge.
• Trunk civil works to establish the North-South Linkage Park including erosion & sediment control, earthworks, and construction of footpath.

All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGC - City Plan V11 - SC6.12 Land Development Guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
