3rd STREAM FACILITIES
CONTRACTORS wishing to tender for the above project comprising 2 new multi-purpose teaching spaces, 2 new general teaching spaces, new covered lunch area and associated site works are required to register their interest. Registration should include (as a minimum):
Resume of work/capability statement/credit references/staffing arrangements
Commitment to training;
Location of administration;
Copy of Generic Safety plan and commentary on provision for site safety
Management experience within the Bundaberg Region
Resources and staffing within the Bundaberg Region
The Architect for the works shall be Tony Madden Architects Pty Ltd. A limited number only of Contractors will be asked to tender on the project. The selection of Tenderers will be at the sole discretion of the proprietor – Roman Catholic Trust Corporation for the Diocese of Rockhampton T/A Catholic Education Office Rockhampton. Forward registration to the office of the Architects before 2pm Friday 21st March, 2025.
