Expression of Interest (EOI) – Construction of NetSetGO (Junior) Hardstand Courts
Tango Projects, on behalf of the Western Districts Netball Association (WDNA), invites qualified contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upgrade of four NetSetGO courts at the WDNA facility. This state-funded project will convert the current east-west facing grass courts into new north-south oriented hardstand courts, ensuring compliance with Netball Australia's standards.
Project Scope:
•Conversion of four grass courts (currently east-west) into hardstand concrete courts, oriented north-south.
•Compliance with Netball Australia’s guidelines for court layout, orientation, and surface requirements.
•Incorporation of removable goal rings.
•Additional line markings, including netball court divisions into halves and thirds.
•Integration of child-friendly activities, such as alphabet snakes and hopscotch markings.
•Coordination with Tango Projects and WDNA to meet funding, regulatory, and timeline requirements.
Contractor Requirements:
•Demonstrated experience in sports court construction, particularly netball or similar recreational facilities.
•Familiarity with Netball Australia’s specifications and Queensland State regulations.
•Proven ability to manage community recreational projects with a focus on budget and deadlines.
•Experience delivering facilities that meet the QLD Netball Facility Hierarchy for regional competitions and events.
